Correcting, disputing, and removing your listing

Ontario Epoxy Flooring Directory indexes epoxy flooring businesses across the province using publicly available business information and Google reviews. Every listing and score is generated from one consistent rubric applied equally to all businesses. Listing here is free, and payment never affects your score or position in the directory. Correcting factual information

Your listing displays core facts: business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and service areas. If any of these are wrong, send the correct information along with verification such as your Google Business Profile, website, or official registration document. Once verified, the correction is locked into your listing and stays in place through future data updates.

Disputing your score or summary

Scores and review summaries are generated from public Google reviews through the same rubric for every business. We do not hand-edit scores, for anyone, so a dispute is a claim that the underlying data is wrong, not a request for a better number. If reviews were attributed to the wrong business, your profile was matched incorrectly, or the summary misstates what reviewers wrote, we will re-check the source data and regenerate the affected listing.

Requesting removal of your listing

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate of another entry, or if the business falls outside the directory's epoxy flooring scope. Accurate and in-scope listings may be declined for removal, and you will receive a clear explanation of why. The directory also runs a monthly verification cycle that automatically detects and removes permanently closed businesses.

Response times

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are completed within 7 days. If your request is declined, you receive the reason.
